Description
This is my second attempt at making a straight Elgin Pinot noir. Really cool wine. Great fruit stacked on a firm gripping tannin structure. Great freshness. 2 KLICKS OFF. Why? Because I was aiming my missile towards a goal and my aim was 2 clicks off… so I totally missed the target. Or so I thought at first. Hence the name.
